Tofu scramble! Potatoes and (American) biscuits and gravy!

Pizza rolls! Dough made from scratch, daiya cheese, marinara, basil and kale.

Sweet roll! Apple cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and agave almond!

Doesn't look as great as it tasted. A bed of mixed rices, sage vegan sausages, sauteed onions and roasted red pepper sauce.

I had a nice Thanksgiving with Paul, My sister, brother-in-law, and mom up at the Riverhouse. We had a cobbled together vegan fest that actually ended up being pretty great. It was also Paul’s birthday and we had a nice evening alone up at the Rivershouse on Wednesday. We worked on another song and it is awesome! Last night I made a shepherd’s pie out of the left overs and it was great. I love turning left overs into something else!
